If it hadn't been for that unfortunate real estate deal and subsequent debt,this rescue dog* would have been the first Weimaraner to graduate from the Culinary Institute of America.

When you interview his former instructors (and I know you will), be sure to ask about his encyclopedic knowledge and advanced skill in conjuring both hot and cold soups. Even Julia Child bowed to the master in a handwritten letter to a dear friend in Paris, raving that this dog's vichyssoise was "not of this earth."
